If you purchased a product from our webshop and tried it, you are eligible for our love guarantee.
If you have purchased our product and testet it, but used less than 10% of the contents of the product, you are eligible for a full refund of the product (ex. shipping cost).
If you are eligible for the love guarantee, you should contact our customers service. When they accept the claim, you have to purchase shipping and send the items back to our warehouse. When the item has been received, inspected and approved, the refund will be made.
Our Love Guarantee only covers cosmetics. This means our candles and varieties of teas are not included in the love guarantee.
