What’s typically in your fridge?
You’ll always find an abundance of greens and berries in my fridge, along with plenty of eggs. I also love having fresh, organic lemons and ginger on hand for my homemade herbal teas.
Do you have a favorite biyó product?
Absolutely, my favorite is the serum/face oil. It gives my skin an incredible radiance, and really love the fragrance. While I’m especially attached to the face oil, during my pregnancy, I find myself reaching for the body oil almost daily.

Can you describe your morning routine?
I cherish the opportunity to embrace slow and tranquil mornings. The way my day begins holds immense significance for me. I strive to take a moment of stillness with a cup of herbal tea or hot lemon water. It's also essential, especially now during my pregnancy, to nourish myself with a wholesome breakfast. After my peaceful morning ritual, I find that splashing some fresh, cold water on my face, followed by a serum, helps me feel revitalized. Stepping outside for a breath of fresh air is the perfect way to complete my routine.
Which wellness product can you not live without?
I am particularly fond of my dry brushes and dry brushing glove. It's a simple yet effective ritual, rooted in centuries of tradition. My passion for this beauty ritual deepened after my Ayurvedic journeys in India, where I embraced the holistic approach to skincare.

I often use it when spoling my sister, mother, partner, or a friend with a relaxing and nourishing facial massage.

What turning points have defined who you are today?
Undoubtedly, my first Ayurvedic journey to India in 2019 was a huge moment. It was at this point that I learned the language of the body, mind, and soul, and discovered the profound philosophies of yoga and Ayurveda. I also uncovered a deeper understanding of my own inner voice, which took on new depths and heights. Additionally, I believe that my current experience of pregnancy, and soon becoming a mother next year, will be one of the most significant turning points and profound experiences of my life.
What’s your go-to self-care routine for a busy day?
In general, I don’t spend much time getting ready, and I’m definitely more of a skincare girl than makeup. I prefer to shower in the evening, so in the morning, I usually just splash some water on my face, followed by a serum or oil and a moisturizer or sunscreen. My hair is left as it is, with just a quick tousle from my hands.
If I need to unwind after a long, hectic day, I indulge in a soothing bath with candlelight, classical music, and a small pot of herbal tea. I take time to dry brush my skin, cleanse my face, and apply nourishing oils, perhaps even giving myself a gentle massage on my feet, neck, and face.
Can you share a wellness tip that has significantly improved your life?
Finding inner peace is transformative for the body, mind, and soul. This need for tranquility can manifest in various ways, and I always recommend seeking support to achieve it. Whether through a massage, a yoga session, therapy, or other alternative treatments, there’s something magical that happens when someone holds / creates a space for you. It’s perfectly okay not to be able to relax and find that inner peace on your own all the time.
Additionally, my ultimate tip for beauty from the inside out is to cultivate awareness of what you nourish your body with—be it food, drinks, social activities, relationships, exercise, or self-interaction. How you speak to and about yourself, as well as others, is crucial—the energy you send out is the energy you receive.
How do you maintain your physical and mental health during pregnancy?
I focus on my gut feeling and intuition to tune into and understand my needs. I’m also practicing letting go of expectations, choosing instead to listen, feel, and be present in the moment, even more so now.
