Your morning routine?

I’m normally up at 6 in the morning. I do some light stretching for 10-15 minutes followed by a 15 min. meditation. While preparing breakfast, making school lunch and getting my daughter ready for school I have different kind of liquids. Warm water with lemon first thing, then coffee and a green juice for me and my family.

When do you feel most challenged?

When I’m putting myself out there, being heard and seen - it is uncomfortable for me but it's something that I’m working on.

A pure olive oil soap bar

What’s in your fridge?

A lot of GREENS, especially leafy greens, seasonal veggies, always lemon and limes, dates, avocado and my husband's different kinds of fermented stuff - sourdough, kraut and pickles
